Your data belongs to you
All inspection records, driver details, and submissions stored in Pulse are yours. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond running the service.
If you wish to close your account and have all data permanently deleted, send an email to hello@ikatech.co.uk and we will process the removal promptly.
Security & honesty
We take security seriously. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text, and each company's data is strictly isolated — no cross-tenant access.
We won't make promises we can't keep. No system is 100% immune to breaches. What we commit to is following industry best practices, keeping software updated, and notifying affected customers without delay if anything occurs.
